Refund policy
We will consider a refund of up to 75% of the course fee if you:
- complete a refund request form within 14 days of receiving the course materials.
- return all course materials with your tax invoice.

Important information
- We assume that you receive your course materials 5 days after the date sent.
- We cannot process your refund if course materials are not returned, or are returned in poor condition.
- No refund is available for the Successful Study Skills course.

Please allow 4-6 weeks turn around time for the processing and issuance of your refund.
In the event of materials being received more than 5 days after the date on the covering letter, the student can—in certain circumstances—apply for an extension of refund time.
