A request for a refund of up to 75% of the course fee will be considered on the following conditions:

  1. A written request is received within fourteen days of receipt of the course materials. The date of receipt of materials will be considered to be five days after the date of post – marked despatch of the covering letter.
  2. In order to apply for a refund, a letter must be sent to the UNILEARN Coordinator (address below) stating the reasons for not continuing with the course. A refund will be considered for all courses with the exception of Successful Study Skills (as it is non–assessable).
  3. All Course materials must be returned to Learning Network Queensland. The request for a refund will be considered once the Course materials have been received in good order and condition.

Please allow 4 – 6 weeks turn around time for the processing of refunds.
In the event of materials being received more than five days after the date on the covering letter, the student can apply for an extension of refund time.
