We will consider a refund of up to 75% of the course fee if you:
- complete a refund request form within 14 days of receiving the course materials.
- return all course materials with your tax invoice.

Important information:
- We assume that you receive your course materials 5 days after the date sent.
- We cannot process your refund if course materials are not returned, or are returned in poor condition.
- No refund is available for the Successful Study Skills course.

A refund of up to 75% of the unit fee will be considered for all units, with the exception of UNL61 Successful Study Skills.
